We provide taxi & car rentals, tour packages, and related travel services across India. Service availability, fares and vehicle options are subject to availability and change.

2. Booking & Confirmation

1. Bookings may be made via our website, phone or email. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us.
2. You must provide accurate passenger details and necessary documents when requested (e.g., ID proofs if required for the trip).

3. Payments

• Payments must be made as specified during booking. We accept payments through authorized payment gateways and methods listed at checkout.
• We do not store full card details on our servers. For refunds, we will issue refund according to the payment method and gateway policies.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellation policy depends on the type of service or package. Specific cancellation terms will be shown at the time of booking.
2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of any non-refundable fees and as per the payment gateway timelines.

5. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings (dates, times, routes) are subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible to request changes.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Arrive at pickup points on time; provide accurate pickup/drop addresses.
• Follow driver instructions and local laws. You are responsible for any fines or penalties due to violations.
• Keep valuables safe; the company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings unless due to proven negligence.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chauhan Tour and Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, traffic conditions, weather, pandemics, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Chauhan Tour and Travels. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurga
